Returns & Refunds

At Akangsha’s Palette, every artwork is created with care, time, and dedication. Each piece is unique, hand-painted, and one-of-a-kind. Because of the nature of our work, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order is placed and delivered.


1. NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS

  • All sales are final. Once your order has been confirmed and payment processed, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds.
  • This policy applies to original artworks, commissions, and prints.

2. EXCEPTIONS TO THIS POLICY

While we do not generally accept returns, we may consider exceptions in the following rare circumstances:

  • If the item arrives damaged during shipping.
  • If there is a significant error in the order (for example, the wrong artwork is sent).

In such cases, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Clear photographs of the product and packaging.
  • A detailed description of the issue.

We will assess the situation and, if eligible, discuss possible resolutions such as a repair, exchange, or a refund.


3. COLOUR ACCURACY

We do our best to take colour-accurate photographs of every painting so that it appears as true to life as possible. However, please note:

  • Colours may appear slightly different on your screen due to variations in display settings, lighting, and device types.
  • These minor variations do not qualify as a reason for return or refund.

4. LOST OR MISSING SHIPMENTS

If your order goes missing during courier transit:

  • We will contact the shipping company on your behalf and do our best to locate and resolve the issue.
  • If the shipment is officially declared lost, we may offer to recreate another painting for you.
  • The decision to recreate will be made on a case-by-case basis, depending on the nature of the artwork, its complexity, and availability of materials.
  • Recreated pieces may differ slightly from the original due to the handmade nature of the work.
