At Akangsha’s Palette, each artwork is prepared with care to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition. Please review our shipping timelines and policies before placing your order.
1. FULFILMENT TIMELINES
- Original Paintings & Prints: Please allow 7–10 days for Akangsha to prepare your artwork for shipment.
- This timeframe includes the drying and varnishing process for paintings to ensure your piece is fully protected before packing.
- For custom commissions, fulfilment times may vary depending on the complexity of the piece. We will communicate any extended timelines directly to you.
2. DOMESTIC SHIPPING (WITHIN INDIA)
- Once shipped, domestic deliveries typically arrive within 7-10 business days depending on your location.
- We will provide a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
3. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
- We ship worldwide via India Post for reliability and tracking.
- Once handed over to India Post, please allow 10–20 business days for delivery depending on your country.
- For certain destinations, parcels arriving from India may take an additional 15 days to clear customs.
4. CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES
- Customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by their country for delivery of original paintings and limited-edition prints.
- These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are the buyer’s responsibility.
- Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so we recommend contacting your local customs office for details before ordering.
- Delays due to customs clearance are beyond our control and may affect delivery timelines.
5. TRACKING & DELIVERY
- You will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped.
- If your parcel is delayed or appears to be stuck in transit, please contact us at akangsha.chakrabarty@gmail.com, and we will liaise with the courier to help resolve the matter.
6. DAMAGED OR LOST SHIPMENTS
- In the rare event your order is damaged in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damage.
- If a shipment is lost, we will work with the shipping provider to track it down. If it is officially declared lost, our Return & Refund Policy outlines possible resolutions, including case-by-case recreation of the artwork.
